The 1865's quiet hours are from 11PM - 8AM. Since this unit is inside a building, excessive noise is not tolerated out of respect for everyone's neighbors! There is a fee imposed for noise complaints within the building, so please let me know if you have a noise complaint. And please be informed that there will be an additional fee applied to your booking if a noise complaint is lodged against your group. Thank you! :) Nashville requires the principal renter of a Short Term Rental Property to be at least 21 years of age. Only disclosed Guests are allowed inside the condo unit. The Person booking must be one of the Guests for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Nashville STRP regulations, this 3 bedroom unit is limited to an occupancy of 10 Guests. Before Check Out, please take the trash out, put any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start a dishwasher load, and take sheets off the beds. No parties or events are allowed inside the unit or on the premises of The 1865. Subject to eviction and a $500 fine if violated. No illegal activity of any kind will be tolerated - such activity will be grounds for removal of guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Subject to a $200 fine and eviction if violated. Great location, clean, and safe. We didn’t get to use the majority of the facilities, but they all looked great. Justin was very communicative and I would recommend this location.

We spent a girls weekend celebrating a friend’s 40th. This place was perfect!! No complaints. Justin was great and he let us check in early. Beds were comfortable and we all loved the vibe. Short uber to Broadway and easy walk to Centennial Park. We all agreed we want to return and stay here!

This was such a cute spot to stay in Nashville! Short drive to broadway, and easily accessible to restaurants and activities. We loved how private the air b&b felt, especially after spending lots of time on the busy streets of broadway! The speakeasy located in the basement of the 1865 was BEAUTIFUL! What a cool, unique experience to our Nashville vacation. Justin & co host were incredibly kind and responsive. Definitely felt like we were communicating with old friends. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be back.
