HOUSE RULES & AGREEMENT (By Booking, You Agree to These Terms) We’ve poured our passion into designing this Nashville home to be both beautiful and comfortable for ALL guests. While we trust our guests to be respectful, we want to ensure we're all on the same page. Please review and accept these rules before booking to help us maintain the home for future guests. SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES $250 Refundable Damage Deposit (Pre-authorized at arrival). Airbnb/VRBO bookings will have deposits collected through the platform. Any excessive mess, damages, or rule violations may result in withholding of the deposit. HOUSE RULES 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Keep doors/windows closed if smoking outside. Dispose of cigarette butts properly. Fines: $300 for indoor smoking | $100 for littering cigarette butts. 🐾 No Pets Allowed Absolutely no pets inside or on the property. Fine: $250 for bringing a pet inside. 🎉 No Major Parties or Overcrowding Small gatherings are welcome for registered guests (10 people max per unit). Exterior security cameras monitor occupancy. Fine: $200 if more than 10 people enter the property. 🎊 Decorations – No Glitter or Confetti All decorations must be removed, including tape residue. Fine: $200 for damage or residue left on walls. 🚪 No Co-Mingling on Front Porches Guests must use the back door near the alley and parking lot for socializing. Fine: $150 after the second warning. 🧴 Makeup Removal Use provided wipes/towels—not white linens! Fine: $20 per ruined washcloth. 🧼 Leave the Home as You Found It The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Follow provided checkout instructions to avoid additional charges. Fine: $200 for failure to follow checkout instructions. 🔨 Accidents Happen – Just Let Us Know! If anything breaks, please report it immediately. Hidden damages will be charged against the deposit. 📢 Respect the Neighborhood Keep noise levels down at all times. Any neighbor complaints (noise or disturbance) will result in a $250 fine and/or withholding of deposit. 🌐 Internet Use No illegal downloads or file sharing. Fine: $150 for violations. 🔊 Noise Monitoring Devices Devices track decibel levels (DBs) to prevent loud parties. Warning 1: Text alert. Warning 2: $250 fine. Warning 3: Eviction. 🚗 Parking One parking spot in the back. Additional cars must park on the street. Fine: $150 for unauthorized vehicles in the back (after first warning) and/or towing at the guest’s expense. EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS Must be pre-arranged. Requests on the day before or day of arrival will not be honored. Unapproved late check-outs result in withholding of the deposit. Guaranteed Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If the night before/after your stay is available, we can block it for half the price of a nightly rate. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE 🚫 No Local Guests We do not host local guests to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. This home has been designed with care, time, and investment, and we seek guests who will respect both the property and our neighbors. 👥 Looking for Responsible Guests This home is not for rowdy crowds.
