The community pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend. Please be aware that, unfortunately, we do not have control over pool or gym closures and maintenance. It's essential to mention that, as per Airbnb's policy, partial refund requests made during your stay for closures will be regrettably declined. There is one dedicated parking spot for you. Feel free to walk downtown or use Uber and Lyft to all of the famous Nashville hot spots.

Comfortable enough for four guests, the walkable location of our condo is the perfect home base for your Nashville adventures! You'll have a community pool from MDW->Labor Day, plus, access to the fitness center, and riverfront views year round. Picture this, it's been a long day walking the city so you decide to lay down. Wait a second...is that a cloud your sleeping on? Nope, that's just our generous sleeping arrangements and cozy couch. That mid day nap hits different in Nashville! Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal or a quick bite, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook before heading out on the town. The cherry on top is the proximity to downtown and riverfront views. If you're up for it, you'll be able to explore Nashville on foot or hail an Uber or Lyft to the Nashville highlights. If you're looking for a spot downtown, what more could you want? This is your next home-away-from-home!
