Guests should be a minimum of 23 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian, and are kindly asked not to reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville. While the neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house. This unit is 4 stories, including the rooftop deck. If you have physical limitations we kindly suggest booking elsewhere to have a more comfortable stay.
