Welcome to The Butterfly! Your charming Adirondack estate — the perfect place to host your crazy friends & family! Here are the three units you'll be renting: The Main house (6 total beds) - 5BR each with their own full bathroom (2BR on first floor) - Full kitchen with two dining areas - Large family room w/ Smart TV - Game room - Bar room w/ Smart TV - Smart TV's in each bedroom - Washer/Dryer in unit - Outdoor furniture, fire pit, & grill (charcoal & gas) Guest House: 2BR w/ Loft (6 total beds) - 2BR each with queen beds - Loft with two full beds, two twin beds, TV & arcade games - Full kitchen with dining area - Full bathroom - Washer/Dryer in unit - Brand new deck with dining area & grill Guest House: 1BR (1 bed 1 futon) - 1BR with queen bed - Living room with futon & TV - Full kitchen w/ 2 seating dining area - Full bathroom The outdoor amenities are truly exceptional with a newly updated wrap around porch at the main house and outdoor fire pit area, all on a large 4 acre yard with a small pond. In the main home, you'll notice the quaint style from the days the property was a bed & breakfast. It was previously called, The Butterfly Inn, be on the lookout for all the original butterfly art throughout the home. Both units in our guest home are newly renovated; freshened up with new furniture, linens, beds, bathrooms, appliances, arcade games, an extra fire pit area, covered parking, TV's, and more! Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal, right? That's why each kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Plus, we have two 6 person dining areas off the main home kitchen to ensure everyone has a seat at the table. Additional seating on the deck of the guest house or near the firepit out back! Kids get a whole area to themselves in the main home and *away from you* :) in our game room with both foosball, arcade games, and a SmartTV.
