It's wonderfully close; just picture a quick stroll to the snow rather than stepping straight onto it. Lift tickets are available directly through Camelback Resort — just ask and we're happy to share the link so you can book ahead. In rare periods of extreme cold, utilities including power and water can occasionally be affected due to conditions beyond our control - such as weather impacting the electrical lines or water lines freezing despite our precautions. We take every precaution and will always work quickly to resolve any issue. Please understand that if a guest chooses to continue their stay, any refund will reflect the actual impact to the stay rather than a full refund of nights used.

Other Details to Note

As mentioned in our listing before booking, please note that we do not have control over pool closures or maintenance schedules. Additionally, in accordance with Airbnb's policy, any refund requests related to pool closures made during or after your stay will unfortunately be declined. Thank you for your understanding!

Neighborhood

You're in the heart of the Poconos' biggest draws. Calling these out — with drive times — helps guests picture the trip. The mix is deliberately year-round: the indoor waterparks and outlets give us something to sell in the shoulder seasons, not just summer or ski season. Right on your mountain • Big Pocono State Park (~5 min) — the highest-rated spot around (4.7 ). Free entry and ★ parking, breathtaking three-state views, easy trails and picnic areas. A must for a sunset drive. • Camelback Mountain Adventures (~3 min) — mountain coaster, a 4,000-ft zipline, ropes course, and mini golf right at the resort base. • Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark (~3 min) — Pennsylvania's largest outdoor waterpark; a summer highlight for families. • Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark (~3 min) — year-round indoor waterpark fun — perfect for a rainy day or a snowy winter afternoon. A short drive away • Pocono Premium Outlets (~5 min) — 100+ brand-name outlet stores with covered walkways. • Great Wolf Lodge (~10 min) — family waterpark resort with arcade, bowling, and mini golf; day passes available. • Kalahari Resorts (~15 min) — one of America's largest indoor waterparks. • Mount Airy Casino Resort (~15 min) — a grown-ups' night out with a casino, golf, and great dining. Seasonal tip: for the summer listing, lead this section with Big Pocono State Park, Camelbeach, and the mountain coaster; for winter, move skiing and the two indoor waterparks to the top.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, located in Cluster 6 of The Village at Camelback. Enjoy the convenience of a ski-access community, with the slope trail just about 250 yards away at the end of our block. From there, you can ski directly to the resort office to pick up your lift tickets before heading out for a day on the mountain. During your stay, you'll also have complimentary access to the community's resort-style amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and tennis courts. Guest registration is required to use these facilities. For added convenience, a community trash disposal station is located just before the exit gate.
