I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything I needed was provided, and the check in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and helpful, making sure everything went well throughout my stay. The location was convenient and worked perfectly for my trip. Overall, a very positive experience i would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay! Not far from downtown, plenty of space for all guests and a very clean interior. The place was quiet and peaceful on the rooftop and great for any clear evening with an awesome view of the city. Justin was a great host and responded to any questions I had in a quick timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again if I’m up that way.

Justin was a fantastic host-friendly, responsive, and quick to take care of an issue when we came across a broken wine glass. We really enjoyed the open space and spent time soaking up the sun on the rooftop. The place was clean and well-stocked with plenty of kitchenware, bathroom supplies, blankets, linens, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to stay at one of his properties in the future. Thanks, Justin!

This place was amazing! Spacious, clean, neat, cozy .. we felt right at home ! Nobody wanted to leave . Would definitely book one of these properties again soon. Host was very proactive with helpful info. I had no issues at all with check-in, the stay or the check-out. 10 out of 10!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Beaubien Estates - Lavender Lush! The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly equipped for large families and children. The layout was ideal, allowing everyone to have their own space while still being able to gather together. The bonus room downstairs was perfect for kids and even a play kitchen for our 3 year old granddaughter. Lots of board games too! The wraparound porches were a true highlight for us. We loved dining outside with breathtaking views of the valley—what a way to enjoy the scenery! The house was immaculately clean, and every area was well-stocked, including the coffee bar and kitchen, which made meal preparations a breeze. As a bonus, the soaking bathtubs were a delightful retreat after a long day of chasing around my six grandchildren. I truly enjoyed a nice bubble bath to unwind. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Beaubien Estates - Lavender Lush It felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! It was our first trip to Nashville and it won't be our last. Justin's home was perfect for our stay. The beds were comfy, the house had a great layout, and we enjoyed our location. Close enough to Vanderbilt, but not in the hub-bub. We loved that we could walk to the grocery store and Hattie B's! We would definitely stay again and recommend it! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay. We had a great time. The cabin is up on a little hill and while there are neighbors, they are far enough away that you still have plenty of privacy. Close enough to stores, restaurants, but also somewhat remote. Cabin was clean and included everything you would need. Justin was a great host and very responsive when we had a small issue with the hot tub that was resolved quickly. Definitely would stay here again.
